Woodland Events Family Fun Olympics come to Ullacombe Farm for one day to fundraise for Rowcroft Hospice.

Join us on 19th July 2026 at Ullacombe Farm @ 10:30am. Gather your team, rally your friends, and prepare to take on the challenge. With 3-4 hours of action-packed games—this is your chance to compete, get messy, and make incredible memories, all while supporting a great cause.
Prize for best fancydress, best family flag, fundraising team champions & winners on the day there's so much to get excited about & we can't wait to welcome you.

It’s not just about taking home the trophy on the day…
There’s also a Fundraising Champion title up for grabs! The team that raises the most sponsorship will be crowned winners off the field.
Each team will set up a JustGiving/fundraising page, and the competition begins as soon as your page goes live. The excitement starts well before the big day.

What to Expect

Enjoy 3–4 hours of high-energy fun in teams of 8. Open to ages 8 to 108, it’s the perfect opportunity to bond, laugh, and embrace the chaos together. Many of the games are physical, some are mental, most are team games but all are fun for all whether joining in or simply spectating. Everyone in every team is given the opportunity to take part in every game.

Our Family Olympics brings together people of all ages and abilities to have fun, enjoy games, laugh & fundraise for a wonderful cause.
