An evening of BEEF TASTING
Discover the terroir and flavours and where they come from.
You will be served beef from 4 different animals – Longhorn, Hereford and Angus X, all raised entirely on pasture, from farms across the country. The farmers will be there to discuss how they raise their animals and to talk about what they think goes into the taste, texture and enjoyment of the beef on your plates – you will never see beef in the same light again!
On Thursday 16th November we will be serving the meal with the the classic sirloin cut from the fantastic chef BEN SULSTON
You will be welcomed with an introductory drink and selection of seasonal vegetables to accompany the beef.
