Purchase of a ticket signifies your agreement to our terms and conditions listed below:
1) E-Tickets are unique to each booking & duplicate tickets will be refused.
2) E-Tickets cannot be resold. Anyone found to be reselling their ticket will have their tickets cancelled.
3) All Tickets are non-refundable. Refunds are only considered in the event of a significant cancellation or substantial alteration and are the sole discretion of the Event Organiser. In the event of cancellation, only face value of the E-Ticket (not the booking fee and/or additional fees) will be fully refunded, and you must claim your refund within the timeframe set out by the Event Organiser.
4) Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your booking slot time and leave enough time to arrive at The Grotto Trafford Centre, by the Dolphin Fountain on Lower Peel Avenue.
5) Please adhere to your booking slot time (tickets will not be valid prior to or after these times).
6) The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission & the Event Organiser accepts no responsibility for lost/stolen/damaged E-Tickets.
7) All prices are correct at the time of publishing. However, they are subject to change without prior notice.
8) All guests entering The Grotto must have a valid entrance ticket.
9) With the exception of assistance dogs, dogs are not allowed inside The Grotto.
10) Before making a booking, please ensure that your details are entered correctly and you have chosen the correct date and time.
