What you need to know
Booking Slots
Your selected booking at The Grotto grants you a 10-minute entry window. Each booking must include at least one festive elder (adult). To begin your journey, children must be accompanied, with no more than five total explorers per group (adults and children). Please arrive 5 minutes early to ensure a smooth experience.
Whispering Winter Sessions
At the heart of the festive season, we treasure the universal magic of Christmas. To ensure the ‘Dear Santa’ experience is a joy for every child. We’re introducing ‘Whispering Winter’ sessions which be exclusively for those with Special Educational Needs and Autistic Spectrum Disorder.
Recognising that a bustling grotto might be overwhelming for some, these sessions will have The Grotto’s sounds gently muted, creating a calm and magical setting for all to meet Santa.
To ensure each child can enjoy the magic at their own pace, we will be welcoming fewer guests during each booking slot. Our jovial elves and Santa himself are devoted to making every moment special and are ready to adjust and convey their festive greetings in a manner that resonates with each unique family.

Ticket Pricing
Child - £27 per person (£25 Early Bird)
Adult - £9.50 per person (£7.50 Early Bird)
Babies (Under 12 months) – Free (no gift will be given with this ticket)
[A baby can attend for free with the purchase of 1 child ticket + 1 adult ticket. If there are no other children in the booking, a baby would be considered as the child to meet the minimum requirement]
[Carers will be asked to show a letter that states which disability benefits the person they care for receives]
Each booking carries a small yuletide service fee at checkout and is sealed with North Pole magic, making it non-refundable. The Grotto is a magical journey through our immersive wonderland, best experienced with your fellow Christmas companions from your chosen time slot. If you’re dreaming of experiencing the magic with more friends or family, make sure you all hop onto the same booking slot, or book simultaneous times if your group is a gathering of more than five. Every entry requires at least one festive elder and one child with no more than five Christmas explorers in one group.

Thank you for booking your visit to The Grotto at Brent Cross Shopping Centre! We’re excited to welcome you for a magical experience. To ensure a seamless and enjoyable visit, please review the following important details:
1. Arrival Time
Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled booking slot. This helps us manage the flow of visitors and reduces delays.
2. Location
Centre Showcase on Lower Level. Opposite Vision Express, and in between Krispy Kreme and You Me Sushi. Follow the signs or consult the Brent Cross Shopping Centre map for directions.
3. Parking
Complimentary parking is available across the site. Allow extra time for parking during peak hours.
4. Toilet Facilities
Please note that there are no toilets provided inside The Grotto Brent Cross. The nearest toilet facilities are located down the corridor to the left of The Grotto.
5. Ticket Confirmation
Please have your confirmation email ready, either printed or on your mobile device, to expedite the check-in process.
6. Health and Safety
Your safety is our priority. For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, please ensure that children are supervised at all times. We kindly ask that guests refrain from climbing on structures or touching props, as this helps maintain a safe and respectful environment for everyone.
7. Queuing and Weather Preparedness
All queuing for The Grotto at Brent Cross Shopping Centre takes place indoors, so you can stay warm and comfortable while you wait to begin your magical journey. Please arrive 5 minutes before your allocated time to help us keep queues moving smoothly and ensure every family enjoys their visit.
8. Pram and Buggy Policy
We encourage guests, where possible, to leave prams and buggies outside the event to enhance the experience for all visitors. We cannot guarantee storage at The Grotto, so if feasible, we suggest leaving them in your car. Please note that all belongings are left at the owner's risk.
9. Photography
Personal photography is allowed but please be considerate of other guests. Professional photography is offered to all guests in The Grottos to capture that special moment.
10. Accessibility
The Grotto is wheelchair accessible. If you have any specific requirements, please contact us in advance.
