Free For All

Our Barrel Bar is open from 3pm on Friday and 1pm on Saturday. Otherwise, doors open 60 minutes before the show starts. Seats are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Please be with us no later than 15 minutes before your shows starts. All shows start on time and unfortunately, latecomers may not be admitted.

We don't require a print out of your ticket as long as you have a print-screen confirmation or the PDF on your phone.

For food and drinks, we currently operate cash-less bar and table service. This will be open before and during the show. The 9pm show has a short break. WIFI passwords and QR code menus are available on each table for ordering.

Please be aware that in order for us to clean the venue between shows, customers will be asked to leave promptly at the end of the performance to help us do this. Thank you for your understanding.

Our shows are recommended for people aged 16 and above. Guests aged between 16-17 years old are permitted in the venue until 11pm and must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 16 are not permitted, unless otherwise noted in the show descriptions or agreed in advance by us.

Refunds will only be issued with more than one week notice. 

If we suspect you are too intoxicated we reserve the right to refuse entry, without a ticket refund.

Group Bookings

Group bookings of 7 or more people need to be agreed in advance by contacting boxoffice@monkeybarrelcomedy.com. It is not possible to book more than 6 tickets online, and for any bookings made via multiple purchases without pre-agreement, we reserve the right to cancel in advance. Anyone circumventing our group rules by booking under different names or emails may be refused entry at the door on the night, with no refund given. This also applies to additional people joining a pre-agreed group. Please be aware we do not accept fancy dress and a fully refundable good behaviour bond is taken for large group bookings at the time of booking confirmation, or for anyone wanting to join a group on the night.
