Terms & Conditions 

• LezBe Mindful reserves the right to refuse entry to the site or instruct guests to leave for any reason (i.e due to inappropriate, violent, or aggressive behaviour, dangerous weather, or site conditions). 
• Dogs are not permitted onsite at any time
• Campervans are also not permitted onsite
• Washing up should be done at all times and all rubbish should be put in bins provided. Leave no trace. 
• Vehicles are parked at their owners’ and drivers’ risk

Drug Policy 

LezBe Mindful has a zero-drug policy. Any person/s found to be either possessing, using, or distributing any type of illegal drug/substance will be asked to leave the festival.

Arrival and Departure 

The site will open to guests from 4pm on the Friday and must be vacated by 11am on the Monday.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

LezBe Mindful Wellness Weekender tickets are non-refundable. In the unfortunate event that the ticket holder can no longer attend the event it will be up to the ticket holder to resell their ticket. Please note that any reselling of tickets must only be sold to the appropriate LBTQ audience and you must inform organisers of the exchange along with the new holders’ details by emailing lezbemindful@outlook.com. 

Privacy Policy

Your contact and personal details may be kept by us for future mailings and news. You may opt-out of receiving emails at any time. We will never pass on or sell your details to any third parties.

Liability

We accept no liability for:
i.  theft, loss, or damage, of whatever nature, during or as a result of your stay
ii. any defect or out of action equipment and loss or closure of supplies 
Guests are responsible for any losses and/or damage which occurs as a direct or an indirect consequence of their stay, irrespective of whether any losses and/or damages are caused by themselves or by third parties, if you leave your tent in an inappropriate condition, additional costs may be charged to you.

Pond Rules

• Only six people in the pond at one time 
• No diving or peeing 
• Use the ladder to get in and out 
• No glass/ceramics/mug/plates to be taken in the pond area
• Swim only between the red and white markers to protect pond life 
• Swimming hours: 8.30am-8.30pm
