TERMS & CONDITIONS

• One registration at Goodees World Room 1 and Room 2 per customer per day only. Each person can reserve one time slot each at Room 1 and Room 2 per day only, subject to availability. 
• The Goodbai's Goodees World is divided into two spaces, each requiring separate reservations. Each customer can only reserve one time slot in each space per day, subject to availability. If you wish to visit both spaces on the same day, please make sure the time slots are not overlapped.
• The customer can enter the venue during the reserved time slot. Customer can only enter the venue during the reserved time slot and leave when the reserved time slot ends. This ticket is for admission verification only and does not entitle the holder to free merchandise or guarantee the purchase of the desired merchandise.
• Please use your Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Identity Card, Resident Identity Card, Exit-Entry Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macao (EEP), or passport from another country or region to register. You must fill in their full name in Chinese or English as shown on their identification document, along with the last four digits or letters of your identification number (excluding numbers or letters in parentheses). Applications containing the full number, numbers other than the last four digits or letters, any incorrect numbers or letters, or a name that does not match the identification document will not be accepted. On-site staff will request your identification document to verify your identity and confirm your reservation eligibility.
• The experience cannot be exchanged for cash, other gifts, or discounts, and cannot be replaced nor transferred. Resale or transfer of reservation are prohibited. 
• Each successfully registered customer shall receive a confirmation email with further information about the experience.
• The Experience may be changed and arranged according to the actual situation of the store without any notice. 
• The Star Ferry Pier entrance of Hong Kong Marco Polo Hotel may be temporary closed on December 24 and 31, 2025 due to crowd control.

PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION STATEMENT

By submitting this form, I understand and agree to the following:

(i) Goodbai may collect, use and store any personal data that I provide under this application (Personal Data) for the following purposes: (a) providing services to me and communicating with me in connection with these services, fulfilling my orders, and responding to my queries, in the course of daily operations; (b) matching my personal data with information I have provided to Goodbai via other means; and (c) subject to my consent above, direct marketing of news, events, promotional offers and products relating to Goodbai; in strict compliance with the Goodbai’s Privacy Policy.

(ii) Goodbai may not use my Personal Data for direct marketing if I have ticked the opt out box above, or if I withdraw my consent by notifying Goobai thereafter.

I understand I can opt-out of receiving direct marketing communications and exercise other rights in respect of the Personal Data, including my right to request access to and correction of my Personal Data, by using the contact details set out in the Goobai Privacy Policy.

• 此體驗不可兌換現金、其他禮品或折扣，亦不可替換或轉讓。預訂資訊禁止轉售或轉讓。
• 每位成功登記的顧客將收到確認郵件。
• 活動可能根據門市實際情況進行更改和安排，恕不另行通知。
• 香港馬哥孛羅酒店的天星碼頭入口可能會於 2025 年 12 月 24 日和 31 日因人流管制而暫時關閉。

個人資料收集聲明

提交此表格即表示我瞭解並同意以下條款：

(i) Goodbai可能會收集、使用和儲存我根據本申請提供的任何個人資料（簡稱「個人資料」），用於以下目的：(a) 在日常營運過程中向我提供服務、資料就這些服務與我回覆、處理我的訂單以及給我的方式(c) 在獲得上述同意的前提下，直接行銷與Goodbai相關的新聞、活動、促銷優惠和產品；並嚴格遵守Goodbai的隱私權政策。
