Learning to protect your own health, creating comfortable boundaries and maintaining your sovereignty, while doing the work that asks you to be available to others, is the foundation.

Between us we bring over 45 years of experience in teaching, clinical supervision and private practice.

At the heart of this journey is a simple idea: you don't need to practise like anyone else.

About Caroline & Taryn

Caroline is one of the UK’s leading homeopaths and holistic health coaches. Like all homeopaths she trained in general practice and leads with supporting all aspects of the female hormonal journey, including menopause and has a practical down to earth approach.

Taryn is a leading homeopath dedicated to women's health, with over 25 years in practice across the UK and her native South Africa. Through Sacred Body Wisdom, she weaves homeopathy, naturopathy and Kundalini yoga, honouring the innate intelligence of the body. Her work draws equally on science and spirit, and she brings tender ness, intuition and a deep reverence for the feminine to everything she does.
