4-part Homeopathy First Aid Course

In these last 18 months I learnt that many clients have homeopathy kits (and some even have a small pharmacy at home!)

Many people wrote early in the pandemic to say how much they enjoyed looking through their remedies and making sure they were stocked up and would like to know more about how to use them.

I’ve held many first aid courses in the past but what often got in the way was location and getting everyone together in the same place at the same time.

Now we have Zoom so we can meet online and I can record for you to watch again as often as you like and so it feels like a good time to share my knowledge and to help people understand how to help themselves.

We’ll be learning the basic principles of homeopathy, how to observe and interpret what you see and how to give remedies. Homeopathy can be use instead of or alongside other medicine choices and is great for all ages - including your pets though this course will only touch briefly on them.

When I say first aid I mean things like colds, coughs, headaches, flu, bumps and bruises, aches and pains & sprains, sleep issues, some seaonal allergies, insect bites, travel and emotional issues like anxiety, loss, apprehension.

We'll look at where to buy remedies, how to store them and there'll be a book list and a list of courses for further learning.

There will be time for questions and we’ll have smaller Whatsapp chat groups to talk and share between the sessions.

All sessions will get recorded for you to watch again.
