According to the Estonian Law of Obligations Act, the customer or consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the agreement, as the agreement specifies the provision of a service on a certain date or within a specific timeframe. Additionally, entering into the agreement often involves the booking of resources, for which it may be difficult to find an alternative user in the event of withdrawal. Therefore, it should be noted that when purchasing tickets, the 14-day right to cancel or return free of charge does not apply, regardless of the reason.

The resale or attempted resale of a ticket at a price exceeding its face value is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the ticket will be invalidated without a refund. Additionally, tickets may not be used for advertising, promotional purposes (including contests and sweepstakes) or any other commercial purposes without prior written approval from the event organizers.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND RULES:

• The festival area is open to visitors on Friday, June 27, from 15:00 to 00:30 and on Saturday, June 28, from 15:00 to 00:30.

• Due to the large number of visitors coming to the event, ticket and baggage checks may take some time, so please arrive at the festival area early. 

• We recommend online ticket buyers to download the ticket to their phone in advance, as mobile service may be limited on-site.

• Minimum age for entry is 3 years. Recommended age is 6+. Hearing protection is strongly recommended for visitors under the age of 10.

• Each attendee must have a valid ticket or wristband.

• The sale of alcohol to persons under the age of 18 is prohibited. Please carry the ID with you to avoid inconvenience.

• Visibly intoxicated individuals will not be admitted to the event.

• Both cash and card payments are accepted at the event.

• The organizer has the right to make changes to the program as needed.

PROHIBITED ITEMS AND ENTRY RESTRICTIONS:

Visitors are not allowed to enter with:

• Outside food or beverages, including empty glass or plastic containers.

• Pets or birds.

• Medications and narcotic substances.

• Firearms, knives or any other weapons.

• Backpacks, carry-on bags or sports bags.

• Motorized scooters, bicycles or regular scooters.

• Professional photo, video or audio equipment (without prior accreditation of the organizer).

Vastavalt Eesti võlaõigusseadusele ei ole kliendil ega tarbijal õigust lepingust taganeda, kuna lepinguga on määratud teenuse osutamine kindlaks kuupäevaks või ajavahemikuks. Samuti tähendab lepingu sõlmimine sageli vahendite broneerimist, millele on taganemise korral keeruline leida uut kasutajat. Seetõttu tuleb arvestada, et piletite ostmisel ei kehti 14-päevane tasuta tühistamise või tagastamise õigus, olenemata põhjusest.

Piletite edasimüümine hinnaga, mis ületab nende nominaalväärtust, on rangelt keelatud. Sellise tegevuse avastamise korral muutub pilet kehtetuks ning raha ei tagastata. Lisaks ei tohi pileteid kasutada reklaami, kampaaniate (sh loosimiste ja võistluste) ega muude äriliste eesmärkide jaoks ilma ürituse korraldajate eelneva kirjaliku nõusolekuta.

INFORMATSIOON JA REEGLID:

• Kontserdiala on külastajatele avatud reedel 27. juunil kell 15.00-00.30 ja laupäeval 28. juunil kell 15.00-00.30

• Kuna sündmusele on tulemas palju külastajaid, siis võivad piletite kontrollimised ja asjade läbivaatused võtta aega, seega saabu festivalialale aegsasti.

• Soovitame internetist piletiostjatel laadida pilet eelnevalt telefoni, sest kohapeal võib esineda tõrkeid mobiililevi osas.

• Vanusepiirang 3 a. Soovitatav vanus 6+ a. Alla 10-aastastel külastajatel on kuulmist kaitsvad kõrvaklapid rangelt soovituslikud

• Igal sisenejal peab olema kehtiv pilet/käepael.

• Alkoholi müük on keelatud alla 18-aastasele isikule. Palume ebamugavuste vältimiseks kaasas kanda dokumenti.

• Sündmusele ei lubata silmnähtavalt joobes isikuid.

• Sündmusel saab tasuda sularahas ja kaardiga.

• Korraldajal on õigus vajadusel teha programmis muudatusi.

KEELATUD ASJAD JA SISENEMISE PIIRANGUD:

Festivalialale ei ole lubatud siseneda:

• kaasavõetud joogi ja söögiga, sealjuures tühja klaas- ja plasttaaraga.

• lemmiklooma või -linnuga.

• ravimite ja narkootiliste ainetega.

• tuli-, külm- ja muud tüüpi relvaga.

• selja-, kande- ja spordikottidega.

• iseliikurite, tõuke- ja jalgratastega.

• professionaalse foto-, video- või audiotehnikaga (ilma korraldaja akrediteeringuta).
