The Atwell-Wilson Motor Museum is holding a Road Run on Saturday 12th July and their 22nd Annual Classic Vehicle Show on Sunday 13th July 2025.

We look forward to welcoming classic vehicles of all descriptions to the event.

The Road Run starts from the Motor Museum on the afternoon of Saturday 12th July gates open at 15:00 for a 16:00 start.

The cost of the Road Run for a vehicle and its occupants is £8 per car + £0.48 booking fee.

This year the Road Run will end back at the Motor Museum where food and hot or soft drinks will be available. We do hope you will join us and share your Road Run stories.

The 22nd Annual Classic Vehicle Show will take place in the grounds of the Motor Museum on Sunday 13th July 2025.

Site entry for Exhibitors who pre-book in advance on-line - Free of Charge for Driver and one Passenger per Exhibit. All other Exhibitor guests - Adults £15, Children 5-16 £6.

Entry to the Museum Collection for Exhibitors who pre-book in advance - £6 on production of an admission ticket, which will be available to purchase at any time on the day at the site Exhibitors Admission Point, on production of valid Exhibitors Pass.

Admission for all other visitors on the day is £15.00 per Adult, £6 per child 5-16 payable on arrival at the gate (which includes entry to the Museum Collection); Admission tickets will be available for sale on the entry to the site, to enable access to the Museum buildings.

Traders wishing to book a stand should contact show.secretary@atwellwilson.org.uk in the first instance, stating their business name, address, phone number and description of goods for sale. Traders will be required to provide proof of Public Liability Insurance covering the date of the event. Stand fees are stated below in the FAQ"s.

Gates open at 08:00 for exhibitors and 10:00 for the general public.

What are the Prices?

Child Admission to Site and Museum:

• Children 4 and under - Free
• Children aged 5-16 inclusive - £6 at Site Admission Point on the day (includes entry to the Museum)
• Those aged 16 and over - £15

Adult Prices:

• Road Run: Saturday – pre-booked via website - £8 per car + booking fee.
• Show Day: Sunday – Entry via Site Admission Point at the Main Gate
• Pre-booked Exhibitors please see above.
• Visitors (General Public and non-pre-booked Exhibitors. Tickets are sold at the gate on the day): £15 per adult (price includes all day parking and entry to Museum with admission ticket). There are no advance online tickets available for visitors. Visitor admission will be available to purchase on the gate on the day of the event from 10am.

Trade Stand Owners:

Site admission is free.

Trade Stand Fees to be collected on the day:

• 1 – 12 ft - £30
• 13 – 15ft - £40
• 16 – 20 ft - £50
• 21 – 30 ft - £60

Notes:

1. Entry to the Museum is by admission ticket only and this is included in the appropriate Site Entry Fee.
2. Entry to the Museum for Trade Stand owners and Exhibitors & their one passenger is via admission ticket which can be purchased for £6.00 at any time on the day at the site Exhibitors Admission Point.

If I am an Exhibitor, why do I have to pay to go into the Museum?

As the Museum operates as a Charitable Company they need to charge an entry fee for all visitors into the Museum.

Do I have to bring insurance documentation to the event?

Yes. Please note that by purchasing a pass you undertake to have the vehicle/vehicles suitably insured for Third Party Liability Cover as a condition of displaying it/ them at the above event and will provide written evidence if required by the organisers. You confirm that the driver/drivers of the vehicles entered hold the appropriate licence and is/are not disqualified. Please have a copy of your valid insurance certificate with you at the show.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

No there are no ID requirements. All children under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by an adult.

Do I have to bring my printed pass to the event?

Yes, only vehicles displaying the official pass and holding a third-party liability insurance certificate will be allowed on site.

What time do the gates open for the Road Run on 12th July?

Gates open at 15:00

What time can I set up my Trade/Display/Exhibition Stand on 13th July?

Set up begins from 08:00. If you wish to set up the evening before, please contact show.secretary@atwellwilson.org.uk

Can I bring my dog?

Dogs on a lead are welcome. On no account must dogs be left in cars unattended.

What happens with my information?

AWMM will only use your information for this and future AWMM events. AWMM will not share your information with third parties.
