We are so looking forward to gathering together and taking a well-needed pit stop on this mid-autumn evening… A chance to exhale, connect with yourself and sink into deep rest.

As the days are getting shorter and the first half term draws to a close, we felt the need to gather together and give everybody a chance to rest.

We’ll be starting with a Weleda pamper and a quiet meditation. Then dropping into a nidra with Su and ending with tea and hot chocolate and some of Liz’s scrumptious cake.

And because it’s that time of year and we have some glorious journals to ripple out into the world, you’re welcome to pick up your copies on the night.
