Come and learn about Charles Waterton; this eccentric, environmentalist, explorer and creator of the world’s first nature reserve.

We are excited to announce the following walk as warm up to party time at the Waterton Park Hotel on Friday 6 December. This event is organised by the Friends of Waterton's Wall in partnership with We are Wakefield.
 
Time: 11:30am
Duration: approximately 90 minutes – plenty of time to don your Xmas jumper for the WAW Festive First Friday event!
Come prepared for rough ground and the vagaries of the British weather. Long trousers recommended.
