Disclaimer
At Wasted,
the safety and wellbeing of our attendees is our top priority. By purchasing a
ticket, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, which are designed
to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and sustainable event for everyone. Sustainability
is central to who we are, and we ask all attendees to share responsibility in
making our events as eco-friendly as possible.
1. Safety
Age
Policy
- Entry is strictly for ages 13–17.
Accepted
ID
- Clear photographs of valid ID
are acceptable (e.g., provisional/full driver’s licence or passport).
Zero
Tolerance
- Drugs, alcohol, cigarettes,
vapes, and all smoking devices are strictly prohibited.
- Anyone found intoxicated, in
possession, or in breach of this policy will be removed without refund.
Search
Policy
- Bag checks will be carried out
on all attendees.
- Pat-down searches apply to those
aged 16+.
- Failure to comply with staff
requests will result in denied entry and no refund.
Behaviour
- Aggression, abuse, or harassment
of staff, security, or attendees will not be tolerated.
- Offenders will be removed
without refund.
- If you experience inappropriate
behaviour, speak to the safeguarding lead or any member of staff, who are
trained to support you.
Emergency
Procedures
- Attendees must follow staff and
security instructions in the event of an emergency or evacuation.
2.
Prohibited Items
The
following items are not permitted inside the venue:
- Illegal drugs or substances
- Alcohol of any kind
- Cigarettes, disposable vapes,
e-cigarettes, or vaping devices
- Balaclavas or face coverings
- Aerosols, perfume bottles, or
hand sanitisers
- Weapons or sharp objects
(including knives, fireworks, explosives)
- Oversized bags (anything larger
than A4)
- Large rings or bulky accessories
- Single-use plastics (plastic
bottles, disposable products)
- Glowsticks (due to environmental
impact)
All
prohibited items will be confiscated.
3. Dress
Code
We encourage
creativity and self-expression, but clothing must be appropriate and practical
for dancing.
Not
permitted:
- Full tracksuits
- Sportswear
4.
Sustainability
As a
sustainability-driven event, we have additional policies to reduce our carbon
footprint:
- Travel: Car share or travel in groups
where possible to reduce emissions.
- Banned Items: Single-use plastics and
glowsticks are not permitted.
- Waste: Use the clearly labelled bins
provided inside the venue. Littering or incorrect waste disposal is not
allowed.
5.
Ticketing Policy
- Tickets are non-transferable
unless explicitly stated by Wasted.
- Resale of tickets for profit is
strictly prohibited. Tickets found to be resold above face value may be
cancelled without refund.
- Wasted reserves the right to
change line-ups, timings, or venues. Refunds will only be offered if the
event is cancelled.
6.
Liability
- Attendees are responsible for
their own personal belongings. Wasted accepts no liability for lost or
stolen items.
- Wasted will not be held
responsible for injury, illness, or damages, except where required by law.
7.
Accessibility
We are
committed to making Wasted events as inclusive as possible. If you have
specific accessibility needs, please contact us in advance at support@wasted-club.com so
we can support you.
8.
Photography & Promotion
- By entering the event, you
consent to being filmed and photographed. Images and video may be used for
promotional purposes across Wasted’s social media and online platforms. It
may also be used for other media projects Wasted are involved in.
- If you do not wish to appear in
promotional content, please inform a member of staff or contact us in
advance.
9. Refund
Policy
- You will not be offered a refund
if you fail to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
- Wasted does not issue refunds
unless an event is cancelled or in exceptional circumstances where it is
deemed appropriate.
- If you are unable to attend the
event after purchasing a ticket, no refund will be issued.
