This is an online booking system to secure your ticket and up to two complimentary guest tickets. To help us plan seating, graduands are asked to confirm their attendance and free guest tickets by 26 May 2026.

Your digital tickets will be emailed to you once your booking is complete. Please share them with your guests in advance or print them if required. Entry to the ceremony hall will not be permitted without a valid ticket. Guest tickets are non‑transferable and may only be used for the ceremony for which they are issued.

Children under the age of five do not require tickets but they will be required to sit on an adult's lap, not on a seat. Children aged five and over require a guest ticket for entry to the ceremony. Where one of your ceremony tickets is given to a child, the second ticket must go to a supervising adult (this cannot be yourself as graduates sit separately from guests in the ceremony hall).

It may be possible to purchase extra guest tickets for the ceremony for £10 per guest, closer to your ceremony date. This will depend on the number of graduates who have confirmed their attendance by the deadline. Any free guest tickets not taken up by 26 May 2026, will be released and cannot be claimed later. We will inform you of any additional guest tickets, and how to book, closer to your graduation date by email.

Alternatively, your guests can watch a live stream free of charge, from one of our lecture theatres, the Students' Union bar Lampworks or the Adelphi pub. No pre-booking is required.
