If you do not have enough cash in your account, or if your payment is declined for any reason, you may lose your ticket, and you will not receive a refund. We will send you a reminder two days before we take payment, and you can update your payment details at any time.

You will receive your festival e-ticket once your final payment has been completed.

Ultra Europe is an event for those ages 18 and older.

The name of the attendee will be printed on each ticket. The named attendee must be in attendance, and ID checks will be made when collecting your wristband. If the ID does not match, entry will be refused.
