Thank you for choosing Trojan Events for your ticketing needs. We want to ensure a seamless experience for all our customers. Please read our Returns Policy carefully, as it outlines the terms and conditions regarding ticket purchases, refunds, and reselling.

Ticket Purchases: All ticket sales are final. By purchasing a ticket from Trojan Events, you agree to the terms and conditions of our Returns Policy.

Refund Eligibility: Customers are eligible for a refund of the ticket price within 24 hours of the initial purchase. Refunds will be issued minus an admin fee per ticket bought. Refund requests must be submitted within the 24-hour window to be considered. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Partial cancellations or refunds for specific portions of bookings are not possible. Should you have already received your tickets, they will become invalid upon cancellation. Refunds typically take between 5-7 working days to reflect in your card issuing bank. It's important to note that bookings cannot be refunded either after or during the festival.

Ticket Reselling: After the initial 24-hour refund period, customers are responsible for privately reselling their tickets if they are unable to attend the event. The only way to resell a ticket is to transfer each general admission ticket using the transfer option on the ticket email. For instructions please visit our faq. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the secure transfer of tickets to the buyer.

Liability: Trojan Events is not liable for any issues, disputes, or inconveniences arising from the private resale of tickets. Any transactions or agreements made between the ticket buyer and seller are independent of Trojan Events.

Event Cancellation or Postponement:

In the event of cancellation or postponement, Trojan Events will provide information regarding refund options or rescheduled event dates. Processing fees (Admin Fees) are non-refundable in the case of event cancellation or postponement.

Please Note: For every order there is a £3 admin fee and in the event of any cancellations that fee will be deducted.

This Returns Policy is subject to change without prior notice. It is the customer's responsibility to review the policy before making any ticket purchases.
