Refund Policy

Please note that tickets are refundable only if a refund request is submitted more than six weeks prior to the date of the event. This policy is in place to allow adequate time for securing appropriate childcare staffing, as we must ensure a safe carer-to-child ratio.

Approved refunds will be issued minus any processing fees.

Refund requests submitted less than six weeks before the event date cannot be accommodated.

By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
