The Essence UK presents The Catwalk Brunch

GENERAL 

1) Your membership and/or event ticket accounts for your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions 

2) Your event ticket and full name has to match the members ID

3) Performers and artists may change due to unforeseen circumstances 

4) You give your consent to your specific self included with no fee within any audio or visual recording to be utilised in any media for any purpose at any time 

MEMBERS

1) Everyone must bring valid photo ID in order to gain access to our event sites. The full name of each member must match the full name on your ticket 

2) Membership accounts for your acceptance that any bad or anti-social behaviour is not acceptable and can lead to membership being withdrawn

TICKET 

1) Members are only authorised to one ticket per event 

2) It is against The Essence UK Ts&Cs to resell your ticket for any event 

3) One ticket can only be purchased by one person who is a member ONLY. You can't purchase a ticket for a non-member 

4) Your ticket can be requested at any point on arrival or during any event and shown to staff on the premises, failure to do so may result in refusal of entry or you will be requested to leave the premises

REFUNDS

1) General tickets are non-refundable after being purchased. This is encapsulated by if you are anticipating non-members waiting for membership or members no longer attending.

2) Substitutions are not accepted. Refunds will not be offered for cancellations.

DAMAGE/ MISPLACEMENT

1) The Essence UK is not able to accept liability of any form in regards to personal items that are damaged or lost

PERSONAL DATA 

1) The Essence UK is in accordance with GDPR, we store your data safely on a secure data system 

2) We would like to send you important information in regards to our events and future events and therefore we securely maintain your data on our platform to ensure that you receive all the necessary information
