Essence UK is a members club; in order for you to purchase a ticket and therefore attend, you are required to have signed up and ultimately confirmed as a member. 

If you haven't signed up, or have friends who'd also like to attend, please do so by filling in the membership form here: The Essence UK membership form 

Please be patient with us and await your membership confirmation, you will receive this via instagram and/or email. Once you have received membership confirmation, you will be able to purchase your ticket.

Your ticket includes your choice of food (please see options below). You will be asked for your choice of food when you are checking out. You will only be asked to choose a MAIN option, a variety of starters and sides will be provided to each table. 

The Essence Brunch Club Menu: 

Starters options (PLEASE SELECT ONE): 

• Watermelon Salad (V/ VG) - Crumbled feta, toasted almonds, red onion & basil 
• Freshly Sliced Tomatoes & Sheep's Curd on Sourdough Toast - Seasoned tomatoes, aged balsamic & basil 
• Ours Croissant Bun - Freshly baked croissant, filled with smoked streaky Hampshire bacon, fried egg & cheese. To add truffle buttered sauce (3)
• Naughty Egg Jar & Toasted Sourdough Soldiers (V) - Two free-ranged St Ewes poached eggs, served on a bed of creamy parmesan mashed potato & sweet onion fondue 
• Sauteed Wild Girolle Mushrooms on Sourdough Toast (V) - to add: two free-ranged St Ewes poached eggs (5) Truffle butter sauce (3) aged parmesan 

Main course options (PLEASE SELECT ONE): 

• Wild Mushroom Risotto (V/VG) - foraged wild mushrooms & aged parmesan 
• Seabream Puttanessca - sustainably caught seabream, new potatoes, datterini tomatoes & basil cress 
• Slow-Cooked Chicken  (in champagne sauce) - served with chicken jus & spring onions 
• Sicilian Datterini Tomato Spaghetti (VG) - basil oil 

Dessert options (PLEASE SELECT ONE): 

• Ours Sweet Croissant Bun (V) - Freshly baked croissant, filled with rich Chantilly cream, fresh berries topped with warm chocolate sauce & toasted pistachios 
• Classic Tiramisu - Espresso coffee, savoiardi biscuit & mascarpone cream 
• Ice Cream & Sorbet (VG/V) - Ice cream: chocolate or strawberry. Sorbet: alphonso mango, prosecco or strawberry

IMPORTANT information: Please select ONE booking name from your party as the LEAD TABLE NAME and enter that name when checking out. If you are the lead booker, please enter your name. If you are joining a group, please give the lead booker of that groups name.

Everyone else in your party MUST put the same LEAD TABLE NAME; this is to ensure that you are all sat together. If you fail to put the same name down, this may result in your party being seated separately.

***We will charge you your minimum spend for your table as soon as you are sat down at the venue on event day***
