Whispering Wish Sessions

Festive magic belongs to every child. A busy Festive experience can feel like a lot for some little ones, so we've created Whispering Wish sessions for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities and sensory sensitivities. These are quieter, calmer journeys held at our most peaceful times, with softer sound and gentler lighting.
We welcome fewer families in each session so every child can enjoy the magic at their own pace. Quill, our elves and Santa himself are ready to adapt and share the magic in whatever way suits each family best. Places are very limited.

An Immersive Festive Journey to Santa
Dear Santa is Dubai's immersive Festive experience, where families follow the secret journey of their very own letter to Santa. Write your letter in the Wishing Nook and then meet Quill, the letter sprite and help him on his mission to ensure every child's letter reaches Santas cabin.

This December your family will walk through our six enchanted rooms with your very own festive elf all the way to the doors of Santa's Cabin. There you will find he's been expecting you.

Dear Santa is more than a visit to Santa. It's a magical story the whole family steps into together, and the memories last long after you leave.

Our Home for 2026
This year Dear Santa lives at New Covent Garden Theatre, inside Mall of the Emirates, right at the heart of Dubai's festive season. We're open from 4 to 25 December 2026. The New Covent Garden Festive Hub means the magic starts before the doors even open.

How long does the experience last?
The journey itself takes around 20 minutes from the moment you step into the Winter Walk. We suggest arriving 20 minutes early so you have time to write your letter in the Wishing Nook and help Quill find the missing feather from his magic quill. Allow roughly 40 minutes in all.

Does the ticket include photos & a gift?
Every child ticket comes with a FREE GIFT from Santa's workshop. You're welcome to take your own photos and videos throughout the journey. In Santa's Cabin, our photographer captures the moment your child discovers Santa already knows their name.
Professional photos are available to buy after your visit, a magical keepsake for life!

Booking Slots
Your booking time is your exact entry time, the moment your family steps inside.
Every booking must include at least one adult and one child, with no more than six people per booking.
Children must be with an adult at all times.
Please arrive at least 20 minutes early so you can settle in and write your letter before your journey begins.

Ticket Pricing
Prices vary by date.
Standard dates: Child AED 165, Adult AED 120
Premium dates: Child AED 190, Adult AED 140
Under 1s (0 to 12 months): AED 50
Children aged 1 and over need a full child ticket.

A booking fee and 5% VAT are added at checkout. All tickets are non refundable, but you can move your booking to a new date and time once, free of charge, up to 48 hours before your slot (subject to availability). Optional Refund Protection is also available through LiveIt at checkout. If your group is bigger than six, just make separate bookings for the same or back to back time slots. Each booking travels through the experience separately, and each one needs at least one adult and one child.
