Cancellations, refunds and ticket transfers

All tickets are non-refundable once purchased.

Tickets cannot be transferred to another date, time slot or event. Please check the date, arrival time and number of tickets carefully before completing your booking.

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Non-attendance
• Late arrival or missed time slots
• Booking the incorrect date or time
• Changes to personal circumstances
• Illness
• Travel disruption
• Poor weather where the event is still operating
• A visitor choosing not to attend
• Changes to individual displays, attractions, entertainment or food and drink offerings

The Tewinbury Light Show is an outdoor winter event and will continue in normal seasonal weather, including rain, cold temperatures, wind, mud and wet ground. Visitors should dress appropriately and wear suitable outdoor footwear.

If the event is going ahead, refunds will not be issued because of the weather or ground conditions.

Tewinbury may alter the trail, temporarily close individual areas, delay admission or make changes to the event where reasonably necessary for safety, weather, operational or crowd management reasons. These changes will not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund.

If Tewinbury cancels the event, the ticket price will be refunded to the original payment method. Any booking or transaction fees charged separately by the ticketing provider may remain subject to the ticketing provider’s own terms.

Tewinbury will not be responsible for travel, accommodation, parking, childcare or any other costs incurred in connection with attending the event or as a result of its cancellation.

Refunds will only be issued where the event is cancelled by Tewinbury. If the event remains open and is going ahead, the standard non-refundable policy will apply.
