I/we declare that I/we will abide by UK Athletics rules and will in no way hold the organisers or sponsors responsible for any injury, accident or illness to my/our person, or loss of property, resulting from my/our participation in the event. I/we also declare that I/we are medically fit and able to take part in this event and do not know of any medical reason to prevent my/our entry into the event. 

Entries cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless the event is cancelled. Personal arrangements including travel, accommodation or hospitality relating to the Event which have been arranged by you are at your own risk. Liability for the cancellation or rescheduling of an Event will be limited to the refund as set out in these terms and conditions.

As part of the event I understand I will be issued with a timing chip. This has to be returned at the end of the event. Missing or non-returned timing chips will result in a £10 charge to the person running in the event.
