Our award-winning festival has become in just three years the largest BBQ festival in the UK, a great family weekend and charity event in support of the Essex and Herts Air Ambulance. A celebration of the art of cooking over fire & smoke.

Attracting over 18,500 visitors in 2019, visitors get to taste, smell, discover and learn about all kinds of BBQ’ing, grilling, smoking, meat cuts and delicacies from around the globe. This annual spice-inspired food festival features some of the best LIVE fire Cooks and greatest BBQ food vendors from across the UK and Europe, all washed down with a choice craft beer or cider from our very own local Essex breweries.
