WHEN PURCHASING A TICKET FROM US OR ONE OF OUR PARTNERS FOR A GROUNDED EVENT, YOU ARE AGREEING TO, AND ACKNOWLEDGING  THE BELOW TERMS & CONDITIONS.

COVID-19

When purchasing tickets you understand you are purchasing them knowing that due to the current covid-19 crisis the date may have to be postponed if things were to change, and that a refund is not possible, but the ticket will be valid for the new proposed date. This also includes if the venue or line up has to change for any reasons out of our control.

AGE RESTRICTIONS / ENTRY

Age restrictions – 10-17 (Unless stated differently on the event description) Proof of age may be requested for entry.

Every party-goer must have a valid ticket that they present on entry. Failure to show a valid ticket will prevent entry and no refund will be issued.

ALCOHOL / ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES

We have the right to turn you away if we feel you are under the influence or are found to be carrying alcohol or illegal substances.

You will be refused entry/ removed from the venue. No refund will be issued and you will be banned from all future GROUNDED events.

NO REFUND POLICY

We have a NO REFUNDS POLICY. By purchasing a ticket for GROUNDED you are agreeing and understanding that there are no refunds given for any circumstance. This includes for any reason you are turned away, or can no longer make the event. If an act cancels and can no longer make the event due to unforeseen circumstances and the line up has to change slightly, you will not be entitled to a refund as you are purchasing a ticket to GROUNDED and not an arena single artist show, this is no fault of GROUNDED. You will also not be entitled to a refund if the date and venue has to be changed for reasons out of our control. The only time a refund shall be given is if the event has to be cancelled with no talk of a rescheduled date.

HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO ATTEND GROUNDED?

12-17. In the interest of keeping this event strictly under 18s, you may be asked to show proof of age with photo ID (valid passport, provisional driving licence, student ID card).

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKET(S)?

Tickets will be sent to the email address you used to purchase.

I NEED TO CHANGE THE NAME ON THE TICKET, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

It doesn't matter about the name on the ticket, just make sure you bring the ticket with you and the barcode is clear. Don't forget your proof of age.

CAN I GET A REFUND?

Unfortunately there are no refunds as stated in our Terms & Conditions.

IS IT SAFE TO BUY A TICKET FROM SOMEONE ELSE?

We strongly advise not to purchase a ticket from anyone other than our official site: https://events.liveit.io/rm-event-solutions-present-grounded/grounded-saturday-30th-april/

Buying from an unauthorised source could see you with a fake ticket that will not be valid for entry.

WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ARTIST CANCELS, AM I ENTITLED TO A REFUND?

Unfortunately this is no fault of GROUNDED and we can’t be held responsible. No refund will be granted  (as per our terms & conditions) as you are not purchasing a ticket to a headline arena show for that artist, but instead a ticket for a GROUNDED event. We will always try to find a similar replacement where possible.
