PRO ACADEMY SESSIONS PRO CAMP 

"TRAIN LIKE A PRO"

A two day training camp for ages U10-U15 available 4th & 5th of August. 

A brand-new elite pro football camp in Hertfordshire, designed to help your child get the most from every day.

The pro camp is available for players who are looking for the next level in summer camps. This will be like a day in the life of a pro footballer. 

The pro camps are limited to 15 players per age group. These camps are for players who can meet the demands of academy style training.

The camp would be run in an academy-style environment designed by academy coaches, giving players a real insight into professional training and match preparation.

Also included will be a weekly nutrition plan designed by a nutritional therapist who will talk the players through the correct way of eating for young athletes. 

Train at our pro summer camps with UEAFA qualified coaches, with experience from clubs including West Ham, Spurs, Arsenal & Cambridge. 

A high-intensity pro camp focusing on:

• Ball mastery and skills

• Technique and game intelligence

• Strength & Conditioning With our MVMNT PT coach 

• Individual development

• Dietary Guidelines with with our Nutritional Therapist 

• Training the Pro way

Small group sizes ensure maximum attention and improvement every day.

DAY ONE & TWO TIMES 

U10-U11 - 9am-3pm 

U12-U13 - 10am–4pm 

U14-U15 - 11am-5pm 

DAY ONE

* Briefing and activation

* Technical and tactical training

* Lunch

* Team development

* Strength & Conditioning 

DAY TWO

* Briefing and analysis 

• Ball mastery and skills

* Lunch 

• Technique and game intelligence

* Fixture vs high-level opposition

* Briefing and analysis of fixture via VEO. 

Spaces would be limited to ensure maximum game time and to provide the best possible academy-style experience for every player.

Also in attendance will be pro academy scouts from cat 1 & 2 academies.
