Event: Spring Stroll – Guided tour of the Parkland followed by a two-course roast lunch

Location: Private entrance for Penshurst Place and Gardens (Using Postcode TN11 8DH)

Start Time: 10.30am

Ticket Price:  £45.00 per person + small booking fee

Tickets Include: Your guided walk, a two-course lunch and access to Penshurst Place and Gardens after your meal. (House and Gardens ticket.)

Gardens: Open until 5.00pm

House: Open until 3.30pm

Event Lasts: The guided walk will last approx. 1.5 – 2 hours, followed by your meal.

Slow cooked belly of pork, smoky bacon lardons, black pudding and crackling, served with dauphinoise potatoes, tender stem broccoli and chargrilled carrots 

OR

(Vegetarian option) Butternut squash and goats cheese pithivier served with dauphinoise potatoes, tender stem broccoli and chargrilled carrots 

Dessert

Black Forest Gateau

Layers of chocolate and vanilla mousse with black cherries cooked in kirsch (Vegetarian) 

General Arrival Information:

·         Please arrive via the private entrance to Penshurst Place using postcode TN11 8DH. This will take you to the private driveway where a grassed car park will then appear on your right for your use. Once parked, please head towards the House where you will be met by Estate Manager, Ben Thomas.

·         Please let us know prior to your arrival if you think you will arrive late by calling 01892 870 307. There will be a 15 minute grace period for any late arrivals but anyone arriving after 11.15am may miss the event.

·         No-shows will not be permitted a refund.

Cancellation Policy:

·         Penshurst Place reserves the right to cancel any event at any time, for any reason. Where a cancellation is made by Penshurst Place we will endeavour to contact all affected customers ahead of the cancelled event.

·         Should your booked event be cancelled by Penshurst Place, you will receive a refund of your ticket cost. Booking fees which form a part of your ticket cost may not be refunded.

Refunds:

·         Refunds will only be made in the instance that an event has to be cancelled by  Penshurst Place. In this instance, a refund of the ticket price will be made. Booking fees which form a part of your ticket cost may not be refunded.

·         Requests to move your event booking to a different date or time will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

·         Aside from this, all bookings are final.

Privacy Policy

·         Please note any data provided when making your booking, including your billing address, telephone number and email address, is stored securely on the BookItBe (Live It) server. Penshurst Place and Gardens has access to these details in order to send you updated information regarding your booking with us.

·         During the booking process, you can opt out of receiving future marketing material from Penshurst Place and Gardens, and we will ensure you are removed from any subscriber lists. However if you would like to stay connected with us, you will be sent the occasional email via Campaign Monitor regarding upcoming events, news and important information about Penshurst Place and Gardens.

·         You can email us to opt out of these emails at any time.

·         Penshurst Place does not share or sell the details of our customers with any other company, property or third party unless it is a service we use to keep in touch with you, Campaign Monitor for instance.

·         Penshurst Place never have access to your card details. All payments are processed via Stripe.

·         Staff on the day of the event will have a list of attendees per event, which we use to check off attendees as they arrive. This list includes your name and your booked event only.
