Wet Weather, Cancellation and Refunds

This event is best suited to dry weather, and whilst a small amount of rain would not interfere with the running of the day, a significant downpour would interrupt your ability to learn during this workshop. If a significant amount of rain is forecast we will look to reschedule this event for a later date. If you cannot attend the later date, you can request a full refund minus the booking fee. 

Cancellation Policy:

·         Penshurst Place reserves the right to cancel any event at any time, for any reason. Where a cancellation is made by Penshurst Place we will endeavour to contact all affected customers ahead of the cancelled event.

·         Should your booked event be cancelled by Penshurst Place, you will receive a refund of your ticket cost. Booking fees which form part of your ticket price may not be refunded.

Refunds:

·         Refunds will only be made in the instance that an event has to be cancelled by Penshurst Place. In this instance, a refund of the ticket price will be made, booking fees which form part of your ticket price may not be included.

·         Requests to move your event booking to a different date or time will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

·         Aside from this, all bookings are final.
