You don't need to book a flight to Lapland to see Father Christmas this festive season, you can visit him in his very own workshop in Cirencester - brand new for 2021! 

Watch your child's face light up and fill with wonder as you enter the magical toy factory before having the opportunity to meet the big man himself. 

Your journey will start in Father Christmas's very own workshop where you can see the elves hard at work making toys for all of those good girls and boys.  See the Post Room, the elves in elf school and watch as they build train sets, rocking horses, giant drums and more. 

Meet our friendly elves as they guide you through Father Christmas's office and say hello to him as you pass through (Please note, this is not a sit down grotto experience but you will receive a small amount of time to chat to him (approx 1-2 mins). Each paying child will receive a gift (or 2!). Children under 2 do not require a ticket but will not receive a gift. If you would you like your under 2 to receive a gift, you will need to purchase a children’s ticket. 

After leaving the toy workshop, be transported into our snowy wonderland where you will have the opportunity to sit in Father Christmas's sleigh (wheel chair accessible) and visit Bruno, Rudolph's best friend in his stable. If you are lucky, he may well tell you a story or sing you a song! 

After saying goodbye to Bruno, you will be provided with a ticket to enter our giant snow globe (all included in our ticket price) and have the opportunity to frolic in the snow before heading home. 

This is a brand new experience for Cirencester, with festive photo opportunities to help keep those memories alive! 

** Please note, the majority of our photo opportunities and scenic displays are located in outside spaces, however, the elf workshop and Father Christmas’s office are located in an existing building where wheelchair access is restricted to wheelchairs up to 70cm. If it important to note the size of your chair before attending as we cannot be held responsible if your chair exceeds the maximum door width (72cm). 

*Please note there will be hot chocolate, mince pies and non alcoholic spiced cider available to purchase once inside.
