Step into a world of magic and wonder with the Negus Christmas Experience, The Flight Before Christmas! Join us for an unforgettable journey filled with interactive workshops and engaging activities that are sure to delight the whole family.
Last year, Negus, the magnificent jumbo jet played a crucial role in saving Christmas. When Father Christmas' sleigh suffered a mechanical failure, Negus stepped in to help deliver presents to children all around the world. This year, Father Christmas and his team of elves are gearing up for another big Christmas delivery, and they're asking for your help!
The adventure begins at the Elf Control Check In, where you'll receive your boarding pass and customised North Pole Passport. After passing through the naughty or nice security check-in scanner, you'll be treated to a wacky elf-and-safety briefing hosted by Peppermint, the mischievous Head Elf, and his cabin crew.
Next, you'll witness elves wrapping last-minute presents in the parcel bay, but there's no time to stop as Odin, the head reindeer keeper, needs your help! In the Forge, you'll mix magical fairy dust and create the perfect reindeer food to help ensure Odin and his team of reindeer can deliver presents on time. Children will love this hands-on experience and the chance to contribute to making Christmas magical for everyone.
After your hard work with Odin is complete, you'll meet Father Christmas himself! Gather around the fire as he tells a group story, take turns for a photo and don't forget to knock on his big red door to enter his office, where he'll be hard at work performing pre-flight checks and checking his nice list.
As you disembark from the aircraft, you'll enter the Candy Cane Forest, where you'll meet woodland elves harvesting magical dust for the reindeer food. Cross the Gumdrop bridge and meet Moss, the chief woodland elf, who will show you how to harvest magic fairy dust and explain how important it is for the reindeer this Christmas. Settle down in the woodland clearing and watch a short cartoon about how Negus and Father Christmas became a team and worked together to save last Christmas.
From there, you can follow the sweet smell of fresh gingerbread being baked by Buckthorne, or ”Bucky” for short! Buckthorn is the head baker elf and has been cooking up some gingerbread from his secret recipe for you to come and decorate! Give your gingerbread person a silly face, a cool outfit, or make them as sweet as possible with the sweets and icing provided!
But the fun doesn't stop there! Enter the Toy Factory where you'll help assemble toys and make a special Christmas wish in the process. Choose a teddy and take it home as a gift from Father Christmas and the Elves for your hard work and help. You'll also receive a book from Father Christmas and a magical bag of reindeer food to take home ready for Christmas Eve. There's even the option to purchase additional costumes for your teddy to keep the magic going at home.
Don't miss out on this world-first experience that's guaranteed to create unforgettable memories for the whole family. Early Bird pricing is £25 for children and £15 for Adults, with General Admission tickets starting at £39.50 per child and £20 per adult. Cotswold Airport is conveniently located with approximately an hour and thirty minutes drive in to London with an excellent link road to the M4. There is also a regular train service from Kemble Station in the village straight in to Paddington Station which takes around one hour twenty minutes.
