The Unseelie Gathering, a fantasy market for makers, artists, and curious merchants (over 18s only). We prioritise fantasy-aligned traders. No AI-generated art will be accepted. Public liability insurance is required.

All prices are inclusive of VAT at 20%. The ex-VAT price is shown in brackets for your records.

Central Table – £135 (£112.50 ex VAT)

Central End Table – £155 (£129.17 ex VAT)

Wall Table – £210 (£175 ex VAT)

Upstairs Corridor Table – £114 (£95 ex VAT)

Price is for a 6ft table and 2 chairs. Only 2 event passes per table are provided.  There is no space for a backing table. 

Trader Layout

Green = Central Middle – standard rows in the main hall

Red = Central End – end-of-row spots with extra visibility

Blue = Wall – positioned along the hall walls

Upstairs Corridor = spaces located in the upstairs corridors, a quieter trading area away from the main stage

Trader Booking Terms – The Unseelie Gathering

By purchasing a trader space for The Unseelie Gathering, organised by Northern Frights Ltd, you agree to the following terms:

1. Non-Refundable Booking

All trader bookings are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Northern Frights Ltd. This includes cancellations due to illness, personal or business reasons, travel issues, or any other unforeseen circumstance.

Booking protection is available through this website at checkout.

2. Cancellations & Transfers

If you can no longer attend, you may request that we offer your space to someone on our waiting list. This is only possible if you contact us at least one month before the event (by 1 July 2026).

Spaces must not be sold or transferred privately without written approval. Any unauthorised transfers will be void and no refund will be issued.

3. Public Liability Insurance

All traders must hold valid Public Liability Insurance and provide proof before the event. Failure to do so may result in forfeiting your space without refund.

4. Table Sharing

Each booking is for one business only unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Stock Approval

Only the products listed on your application may be sold. Any changes must be approved to maintain fairness and balance in the market.

6. No AI Art

AI-generated art is not permitted. Traders displaying AI-generated work will be asked to leave with no refund.

7. Agreement

By submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
