DN Fundraising Committee - COLOUR RUN Fundraiser

1. All participants must complete the booking form in full to register for the event. The registration fee is non-refundable (except in the event of cancellation per Section 8 below)

2. Children under 8 must be accompanied on the course by an adult who is responsible for their supervision at all times. Adults participating should register (free of charge), though sunglasses will not be provided for them.

3. All participants under 16 must have a responsible adult on-site for the duration of the event.

4. By registering you agree that you and your children are physically capable to take part and are participating at your own risk. The DN Fundraising Committee is not liable for any personal injury or loss of property which results from taking part.

5. The course will comprise different surfaces and uneven ground. Appropriate footwear should be worn.

6. The coloured powder used in the event is non-toxic, biodegradable, and environmentally friendly. It is cornstarch-based, so it is not suitable for individuals with a cornstarch allergy. During the run, paint clouds will be released at various stations—if you have any medical conditions that could be affected, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider beforehand. Sunglasses or other eye protection are strongly advised for all participants.

7. People throwing paint irresponsibly or conducting themselves in an anti-social manner may be asked to leave.

8. Qualified first aiders will be present throughout the event. In the event of an accident, we will make every effort to contact the parent or guardian using the details provided on the entry form. However, in the case of an emergency, first aid treatment will be administered immediately to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants.

9. In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel the event. Should this happen, all registration fees will be fully refunded.

10. Data Protection: Your information will only be held until after the date of the event. It will not be shared with any other organisation.
