The reservation fee of HK$180 can be fully redeemed for MURAD products on the same day after completing the workshop.





TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • One registration per customer only on a first come first served basis. Each person can reserve one time slot only, subject to availability. 
  • The experience cannot be exchanged for cash, other gifts, or discounts, and cannot be replaced nor transferred. Resale or transfer of reservation are prohibited. 
  • A deposit of HK$180 (the “Deposit”) must be paid in advanced and is fully redeemable against MURAD products upon completion of workshop on the same day. 
  • Each successfully registered customer shall receive a confirmation email from Lane Crawford with further information about the experience. 
  • Customers who wish to cancel the booking must notify Lane Crawford at least 24 hours before the experience. 
  • The experience cannot be changed or canceled once the reservation is confirmed.  
  • Murad reserves the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment without any notice. Murad reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without any notice. 
  • In the case of dispute, the decision of Murad shall be final and binding. 
  • All participants will be responsible for their own safety and personal belongings.

Appointment Arrival

Please arrive to the Lane Crawford Canton Road store concierge 10 minutes prior to your appointment time and inform the Concierge staff of your booking. Staff will then escort you to the service area.
