• One registration per customer only. Each person can reserve one time slot only, subject to availability.
• A deposit of HK$520 (the “Deposit”) must be paid in advance of the experience. Please note, your HK$520 deposit fee will be deducted from the total balance after completion of the service in store. 
• The experience cannot be exchanged for cash, other gifts, or discounts, and cannot be replaced nor transferred. Resale or transfer of reservation are prohibited. 
• Each successfully registered customer shall receive a confirmation email from Lane Crawford with further information about the experience. 
• Customers who wish to cancel the booking must notify Lane Crawford at least 24 hours before the experience. 
• The Experience may be changed and arranged according to the actual situation of the store without any notice. 
• In the case of dispute, the decision of Lane Crawford shall be final and binding.
