TERMS & CONDITIONS

• A HK$200 deposit is required in advance for customer to confirm the booking.
  
• Each successfully registered customer who has paid the Deposit shall receive a confirmation email from Lane Crawford with further information about the service.
• Reschedule or cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance, or else Lane Crawford is entitled to forfeit the Deposit. 
• A late arrival of 30 minutes or more will be charged as booked despite a possible modification of your service due to the shortened time frame. 
• By proceeding to pay the Deposit, you are deemed to agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
• Should any dispute arise, the decision of Lane Crawford shall be final.

DURING SERVICE

• Please have your mask on for the entire duration of your visit.  Also to respect safety protocols we do not allow companions during this time.
