TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • One registration per customer only on a first-come, first-served basis. Each person can reserve one time slot only, subject to availability.
  • The workshop cannot be exchanged for cash, other gifts, or discounts, and cannot be replaced nor transferred. Resale or transfer of reservation are prohibited. 
  • Each successfully registered customer shall receive a confirmation email from Lane Crawford with further information about the workshop. 
  • Customers who wish to cancel the booking must notify Lane Crawford at least 24 hours before the treatment.
  • If a customer is more than 10 minutes late for the visit, the appointment may be automatically cancelled without prior notice. Rescheduling subjects to availability.
  • Tatcha reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without notice. 
  • In the case of dispute, the decision of Tatcha shall be final and binding.

Appointment Arrival

Please arrive to the appointment 10 minutes prior to your appointment time and inform the reception of your booking. Staff will then escort you to the service area.
