TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • One registration per customer only.
  • A deposit of HK$500 (the “Deposit”) must be paid in advance of the workshop.
  • The experience cannot be exchanged for cash, other gifts, or discounts, and cannot be replaced nor transferred. Resale or transfer of reservation are prohibited.
  • Each successfully registered customer shall receive a confirmation email from Lane Crawford with further information about the experience.
  • Customers who wish to cancel the booking must notify Lane Crawford at least 24 hours before the experience.
  • The Experience may be changed and arranged according to the actual situation of the store without any notice.
  • In the case of dispute, the decision of Lane Crawford shall be final and binding.

Appointment Arrival

Please arrive to the Lane Crawford Times Square store concierge 10 minutes prior to your appointment time and inform the Concierge staff of your booking. Staff will then escort you to the service area.
