TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • One registration per customer only. Each person can reserve one time slot only, subject to availability.
  • The workshop cannot be exchanged for cash, other gifts, or discounts, and cannot be replaced nor transferred. Resale or transfer of reservation are prohibited. 
  • Each successfully registered customer shall receive a confirmation email from Lane Crawford with further information about the workshop. 
  • The Eye Massage Service is exclusively tailored for female clientele. 
  • Customers who wish to cancel the booking must notify Lane Crawford at least 24 hours before the treatment.
  • The Experience may be changed and arranged according to the actual situation of the store without any notice. 
  • In the case of dispute, the decision of Lane Crawford shall be final and binding. 
  • If a customer is more than 15 minutes late for the visit, the appointment will be automatically cancelled without prior notice. Rescheduling subjects to availability.

Please arrive to the Lane Crawford ifc mall store concierge 10 minutes prior to your appointment time and inform the Concierge staff of your booking. Staff will then escort you to the service area.
