• One registration per customer only. Each person can reserve one time slot only, subject to availability. 
• The experience cannot be exchanged for cash, other gifts, or discounts, and cannot be replaced nor transferred. Resale or transfer of reservation are prohibited. 
• Each successfully registered customer shall receive a confirmation email from Lane Crawford with further information about the experience. 
• Customers who wish to cancel the booking must notify Lane Crawford at least 24 hours before the experience. 
• The Experience may be changed and arranged according to the actual situation of the store without any notice. All event experiences and services are provided on a first-come, first-served basis with limited quantities, while stocks last.
• Admission to the event and access to specific event experiences, services, or offerings are subject to venue capacity and safety limits at any given time. Registration secures entry priority but does not guarantee admission or immediate access if the venue reaches maximum capacity.
• Guests are strongly encouraged to arrive early, as entry, event experiences, and promotional offerings are available on a first-come, first-served basis while spaces and stocks last. Lane Crawford reserves the right to temporarily pause entry, restrict access to manage venue capacity safely, or reallocate event slots, experiences, and services to walk-in or waiting guests.
• In the case of dispute, the decision of Lane Crawford shall be final and binding.
