TERMS & CONDITIONS

• One registration per customer only. Each person can reserve one time slot only, subject to availability. 
• The experience cannot be exchanged for cash, other gifts, or discounts, and cannot be replaced nor transferred. Resale or transfer of reservation are prohibited. 
• Each successfully registered customer shall receive a confirmation email from Lane Crawford with further information about the experience. 
• Reservations cannot be changed or canceled once confirmed.
• Participants must attend the event according to their registered date, time, and venue.
• Late arrivals (more than 10 minutes after the start of the reserved session) may result in cancellation or rescheduling of the appointment without notice.
• In the case of disputes, the decision of Lane Crawford shall be final and binding.
