Before Treatment Care

• Do not exercise the day of the procedure.
• Do not tan or come with a sunburned face.
• Do not consume Alcohol or Caffeine on the day of the procedure
• Please note that you will be more sensitive during your menstrual cycle
• We are only able to serve client over age 18
• Please arrive to the store Platinum Suite 10 minutes prior to your appointment time and inform the Concierge staff of your booking. Staff will then escort you to the treatment room.
• HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS: Please inform us if you suffer any sensitivities or medical conditions or are using any medications that may render you unsuitable for treatments.

Terms & Conditions

• The treatment is by appointment only on a first-come-first-serve basis.
• A deposit of HK$600 (the “Deposit”) must be paid in advance of the treatment.
• Each successfully registered customer who has paid the Deposit shall receive a confirmation email from Lane Crawford with further information about the treatment.
• Customers who wish to cancel the treatment must notify Lane Crawford at least 24 hours before the treatment, or else Lane Crawford is entitled to forfeit the Deposit.  
• By proceeding to pay the Deposit, you are deemed to agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
• Should any dispute arise, the decision of Lane Crawford shall be final.
