Once you've completed your sign-up, you will receive a booking email. A separate confirmation email regarding your shoe trial will follow shortly after.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• One registration per customer only. Limited slots on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The experience cannot be exchanged for cash, other gifts, or discounts, and cannot be replaced nor transferred. Resale or transfer of reservation are prohibited. 
• Each successfully registered customer shall receive a confirmation email from Lane Crawford with further information about the experience. 
• Customers who wish to cancel the booking must notify Lane Crawford at least 24 hours before the experience. 
• The Experience may be changed and arranged according to the actual situation of the store without any notice. 
• In the case of dispute, the decision of Lane Crawford shall be final and binding.
