• Please have your mask on for the entire duration of your visit.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• A HK$500 deposit is required in advance for customer to confirm the booking, which is fully redeemable on Noble Panacea’s products after completion of the workshop in store.
• Each successfully registered customer who has paid the deposit shall receive a confirmation email from Lane Crawford with further information about the workshop.
• Reschedule or cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance. A late arrival of 15 minutes or more will be charged as booked despite a possible modification of your participation due to the shortened time frame. No refund will be arranged for late cancellations or no shows.
• Welcome gift and rewards from the event are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash, other products or services.
• By proceeding to pay the deposit, you are deemed to agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
• Should any dispute arise, the decision of JOYCE Beauty and Lane Crawford shall be final.
