• One registration per customer only. Each person can reserve one time slot only, subject to availability. 
• The experience cannot be exchanged for cash, other gifts, or discounts, and cannot be replaced nor transferred. Resale or transfer of reservation are prohibited. 
• Each successfully registered customer shall receive a confirmation email from Lane Crawford with further information about the experience. 
• All bookings are final and non‑refundable. Cancellations, changes, or no‑shows will not be accepted, and no refunds or credits will be provided.
• The Experience may be changed and arranged according to the actual situation of the store without any notice. 
• The food and beverages served at the event may contain allergens, such as dairy, seafood, raw ingredients and gluten. By participating in the event and enjoying in the catering, attendees accept full responsibility for their dietary choices. Guerlain shall not be held responsible for any adverse health or dietary reactions.
• In the case of dispute, the decision of Lane Crawford and Guerlain shall be final and binding.
