• One registration per customer only. Each person can reserve one time slot only, subject to availability. 
• The customer can enter the venue during the reserved time period. This ticket is for admission verification only and does not entitle the holder to free merchandise or guarantee the purchase of the desired merchandise.
• Please use your Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Identity Card, Resident Identity Card, or passport from another country or region to register. Other documents will not be accepted. You must provide your full name in Chinese or English as shown on your identification document to complete your reservation. On-site staff will request your identification document to verify your identity and confirm your reservation eligibility.The experience cannot be exchanged for cash, other gifts, or discounts, and cannot be replaced nor transferred. Resale or transfer of reservation are prohibited. 
• Each successfully registered customer shall receive a confirmation email from Lane Crawford with further information about the experience. 
• Customers who wish to cancel the booking must notify Lane Crawford at least 24 hours before the experience. 
• The Experience may be changed and arranged according to the actual situation of the store without any notice. 
• In the case of dispute, the decision of Lane Crawford shall be final and binding.
