• No online deposit is required in advance for customer to confirm the booking. Our Lane Crawford store team will call customers for remote payment and the amount can be fully redeemed to Clarins products. 
• Each successfully registered customer shall receive a confirmation email from Lane Crawford with further information about the service.
• By proceeding to pay the Deposit (remotely), you are deemed to agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
• Should any dispute arise, the decision of Lane Crawford shall be final.

DURING WORKSHOP

• Please have your mask on for the entire duration of your visit. Also to respect safety protocols we do not allow companions during this time.
