Cellcosmet Christmas Floral Workshop (Lane Crawford ifc mall)

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• One registration per customer only. Each person can reserve one time slot only, subject to availability. 
• The experience cannot be exchanged for cash, other gifts, or discounts, and cannot be replaced nor transferred. Resale or transfer of reservation are prohibited. 
• A deposit of HK$200 (the “Deposit”) must be paid in advance and is fully redeemable against CELLCOSMET products upon completion of the workshop on the same day.
• Each successfully registered customer shall receive a confirmation email from Lane Crawford with further information about the experience. 
• Customers wishing to cancel must notify Lane Crawford at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled session.
• Once confirmed, reservations cannot be amended or cancelled.
• CELLCOSMET reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any appointment without prior notice and to amend these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion.
• In case of dispute, the decision of CELLCOSMET shall be final and binding.
• All participants are responsible for their own safety and personal belongings throughout the experience.

PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION STATEMENT

By submitting this form, I understand and agree to the following:

(i) LCJG Limited and its related companies (including its subsidiaries and affiliates, including Lane Crawford (Hong Kong) Limited) (Lane Crawford) may collect, use and store any personal data that I provide under this application (Personal Data) for the following purposes: (a) providing services to me and communicating with me in connection with these services, fulfilling my orders, and responding to my queries, in the course of daily operations; (b) matching my personal data with information I have provided to Lane Crawford via other means; and (c) subject to my consent above, direct marketing of news, events, promotional offers and products relating to Lane Crawford; in strict compliance with the Lane Crawford’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.lanecrawford.com.hk/info/help/privacy-policy/ (Lane Crawford Privacy Policy).

(ii) Lane Crawford may not use my Personal Data for direct marketing if I have ticked the opt out box above, or if I withdraw my consent by notifying Lane Crawford thereafter.
