TERMS & CONDITIONS

• One registration per customer only. Each person can reserve for one quota only. 
• Registration is exclusive to Lane Crawford Privilege Programme members only. 
• Priority access holders are only guaranteed to enjoy priority access to the pop-up at the designated time. It does not guarantee any specific position in the queue line or any front-row view in the pop-up.
• Priority access holders are allowed to queue in the priority access line and will receive a gold wristband. 
• Priority access holders are allowed to enter the pop-up in queuing order and wait at designated area prior to the official launch. Access to the retail shopping area commences at 2:00PM in queue order, with a 10-minute shopping limit per person.   
• Priority access holders shall receive a confirmation email with further information about the experience.
• This ticket is for admission verification only and does not entitle the holder to free merchandise or guarantee the purchase of the desired merchandise.
  
• Please use your Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Identity Card, Resident Identity Card, Exit-Entry Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macao (EEP), or passport from another country or region to register. You must fill in their full name in Chinese or English as shown on their identification document, along with the last four digits or letters of your identification number (excluding numbers or letters in parentheses). Applications containing the full number, numbers other than the last four digits or letters, any incorrect numbers or letters, or a name that does not match the identification document will not be accepted. On-site staff will request your identification document to verify your identity and confirm your reservation eligibility.
• The experience cannot be exchanged for cash, other gifts, or discounts, and cannot be replaced nor transferred. Resale or transfer of reservation are prohibited. 
• Holding a place in line for friends or family who are not present is not permitted.
• Any aggressive, disruptive, or disrespectful behaviour towards staff, security or other fans will result in immediate removal from the queue and premises.
• The Experience may be changed and arranged according to the actual situation of the store without any notice.
• In the case of dispute, the decision of Lane Crawford shall be final and binding. 

PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION STATEMENT

By submitting this form, I understand and agree to the following:

(i) LCJG Limited and its related companies (including its subsidiaries and affiliates, including Lane Crawford (Hong Kong) Limited) (Lane Crawford) may collect, use and store any personal data that I provide under this application (Personal Data) for the following purposes: (a) providing services to me and communicating with me in connection with these services, fulfilling my orders, and responding to my queries, in the course of daily operations; (b) matching my personal data with information I have provided to Lane Crawford via other means; and (c) subject to my consent above, direct marketing of news, events, promotional offers and products relating to Lane Crawford; in strict compliance with the Lane Crawford’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.lanecrawford.com.hk/info/help/privacy-policy/ (Lane Crawford Privacy Policy).

(ii) Lane Crawford may not use my Personal Data for direct marketing if I have ticked the opt out box above, or if I withdraw my consent by notifying Lane Crawford thereafter.

I understand I can opt-out of receiving direct marketing communications and exercise other rights in respect of the Personal Data, including my right to request access to and correction of my Personal Data, by using the contact details set out in the Lane Crawford Privacy Policy.

• 持有優先入場資格之顧客僅獲保證於指定時段內享有快閃店優先入場資格，並不保證任何特定排隊位置或店內前排觀賞區。 
• 持有優先入場資格之顧客持有優先入場資格之顧客可於優先入場區排隊，並將獲發金色手帶一條。
• 持有優先入場資格之顧客將按排隊順序進入快閃店，並於指定區域等候。購物區將於下午2時起按排隊順序開放，每位顧客限時購物 10 分鐘。 
• 持有優先入場資格之顧客將收到確認郵件。
• 此票僅作爲入場核對使用，並非可免費獲得相關商品，亦不代表一定能購買到心儀商品。
• 顧客請使用中華人民共和國香港特別行政區身份證、中華人民共和國居民身份證、往來港澳通行證或其他國家或地區有效身份證件進行預約登記。顧客必須填寫身份證明文件所載的中文或英文全名及證件號碼的尾4位數字或字母〔不包括括號內數字或字母)。填寫全部號碼、非尾4位數字或字母、任何一個數字或字母錯誤、或中文/英文全名與身份證明文件不符將不被接納。現場職員會要求顧客提供身份證明文件以核實身份及確認預約資格。
• 此體驗不可兌換現金、其他禮品或折扣，亦不可替換或轉讓。預訂資訊禁止轉售或轉讓。
• 嚴禁為未到場人士代為排隊或佔位。
• 任何對工作人員、保安人員或其他顧客表現出具攻擊性、騷擾性或不尊重之行為者，將被立即要求離開排隊區及活動現場。 
• 活動可能根據門市實際情況進行更改和安排，恕不另行通知。
• 如有任何爭議，連卡佛保留最終決定權。

個人資料收集聲明

提交此表格即表示我瞭解並同意以下條款：

(i) LCJG Limited 及其關聯公司（包括其子公司和關聯公司，包括連卡佛（香港）有限公司）（連卡佛）可能會收集、使用和儲存我根據本申請提供的任何個人資料（簡稱「個人資料」），用於以下目的：(a) 在日常營運過程中向我提供服務、資料就這些服務與我回覆、處理我的訂單以及給我的方式(c) 在獲得上述同意的前提下，直接行銷與連卡佛相關的新聞、活動、促銷優惠和產品；並嚴格遵守連卡佛的隱私權政策（詳見 https://www.lanecrawford.com.hk/info/help/privacy-policy/）（連卡佛隱私權政策）。
