• The experience cannot be exchanged for cash, other gifts, or discounts, and cannot be replaced nor transferred. Resale or transfer of reservation are prohibited. 
• Each successfully registered customer shall receive a confirmation email from Lane Crawford with further information about the treatment. 
• Customers who wish to cancel the treatment must notify Lane Crawford at least 24 hours before the treatment. 
• The Experience may be changed and arranged according to the actual situation of the store without any notice.
