Reservation Fee:

Please note there is a reservation fee of HK$300 per person. The reservation fee is redeemable for AP BEAUTY products upon completion of the workshop. Summer Essential Kit (valued at HK$303) will be given as a welcome gift to each guest.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• One registration per customer only. Limited slots on a first-come, first-served basis.
• A deposit of HK$300 (the "Deposit") must be paid in advance of the experience.
• The experience cannot be exchanged for cash, other gifts, or discounts, and cannot be replaced nor transferred. Resale or transfer of reservation are prohibited. 
• Each successfully registered customer shall receive a confirmation email from Lane Crawford with further information about the experience. 
• Customers who wish to cancel the booking must notify Lane Crawford at least 24 hours before the experience. 
• Customers who are absent from the experience can use the Deposit as credit towards future purchase of AP BEAUTY products. The credit must be used by August 31, 2025.
• The Experience may be changed and arranged according to the actual situation of the store without any notice. 
• In the case of dispute, the decision of Lane Crawford shall be final and binding.
